Arbitration & Legal Jurisdiction

In case of disputes related to these Terms, both parties agree to settle the matter through arbitration, following the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The arbitrator will be a legally trained, independent party with experience in IT. Arbitration will be held in Nairobi, in English. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and enforceable under the Arbitration Act 1995 (Chapter No. 4).

We also reserve the right to protect our intellectual property and confidential information through appropriate legal action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. By using the site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts and waive any objections based on location or venue.

Termination of Use

We may terminate your access to the site without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms. This includes revoking any account credentials. Termination does not affect any obligations or rights accrued prior to that date.
