Reverse Pick-Up Service (Faisalabad Only)
For customers within Faisalabad, we offer a convenient Reverse Pick-Up Service.
A nominal Rs. 300/- service charge will apply for reverse pick-up.
Customers Outside Faisalabad
Customers from other cities can send the product through any trusted courier service to our return address below. Return courier charges will be the customer's responsibility unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchange Flexibility
For exchanges, you are not restricted to the same product. You may choose any eligible item available on our website. Any difference in price will be adjusted accordingly.

Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Have all tags and labels intact
- Be returned with its original packaging
- Show no signs of use, damage, stains, washing, or alteration
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery and share clear photos or videos of the issue along with your Order Number.
Once verified, our team will assist you with a return, replacement, or exchange.
Important Note
Customized, personalized, discounted, and clearance-sale items are not eligible for exchange unless they are received damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing fault.
All return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made after the 7-day period may not be accepted.
