Shipping Policy
Domestic Delivery (Within Pakistan)
All orders across Pakistan are delivered via reputable courier services. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID to monitor your shipment.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call or SMS from our customer service team. If confirmation is not received within 3 days, your order will be automatically cancelled (this applies only to Cash on Delivery orders). Once confirmed, your order will be dispatched within 1–2 working days, and delivery is typically completed within 2–3 working days. Please allow for delays during public holidays or promotional periods.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation via phone is required. However, The Cloud Bedding reserves the right to process COD orders without telephonic confirmation for returning customers or during high-volume periods (e.g., sales, launches, or special promotions).
We offer free delivery on all orders above Rs. 1,000/- across Pakistan.
For orders exceeding Rs. 10,000/-, a 50% advance payment is required for the order to be processed and delivered successfully.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped with tracking services, and all international customers will receive:

Please note: Any customs duties, taxes, or additional clearance charges are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by country. These charges are not controlled by The Cloud Bedding.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Cloud Bedding is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your parcel was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier service directly to file a claim.
