While we hope you love everything you order, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a straightforward refund policy for your peace of mind.

14-Day Easy Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day easy refund policy, giving you 7 days from the date of delivery to request a refund on eligible items.

Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Defective or Incorrect Size:  You received a faulty product or the wrong size.
  • Manufacturing Defect:  There is a clear manufacturing fault in the item.
  • Misprint:  The product is misprinted or has incorrect design elements.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Customer Damage:  Items damaged due to mishandling or misuse.
  • Customized Orders:  Products that have been custom-made or personalized.

Color Change Requests

If you wish to exchange a product for a different color, a service charge of PKR 1,500 will apply and must be covered by the customer.
