7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product if the product is damaged due to our manufacturing or packaging, such as broken filling or stitching issues.

In such cases, the customer will send the package back to our given address and after examining the condition of the sent package/product, a partial/full refund or exchange will be provided.
Important Notice

Damage caused by the customer or mishandling will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns or refunds cannot be processed for items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or use.
Eligibility Criteria
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Defective or Incorrect Size: You received a faulty product or the wrong size.
- Manufacturing Defect: There is a clear manufacturing fault in the item.
- Misprint: The product is misprinted or has incorrect design elements.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Customer Damage: Items damaged due to mishandling or misuse.
- Customized Orders: Products that have been custom-made or personalized.
Color Change Requests
If you wish to exchange a product for a different color, a service charge of PKR 1,500 will apply and must be covered by the customer.
